
Endpoint Technology Specialist

The End User Computing Analyst plays a pivotal part in the successful deployment and maintenance of endpoint devices for MedHealth. This critical position ensures seamless user experience by guaranteeing efficient, secure, and business-aligned end-point technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the lifecycle of end-user devices, encompassing upgrades, patches, and replacements.
- Designing and maintaining device images for swift deployment to devices and systems.
- Ensuring operating systems are properly deployed, updated, and secured.
- Installing, updating, and managing business-critical software applications.
- Providing escalation and troubleshooting services for issues with operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
- Verifying that all endpoint devices meet stringent MedHealth standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively monitoring and tracking the health of end-user devices, applications, and overall performance.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Detailed knowledge of Operating Systems and Hardware.
- Experience utilizing Intune for MAM and MDM.
- In-depth understanding of Autopilot configuration for devices.
- Practical experience with software deployment and patching.
- Scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with third-party patching applications (e.g., Patch My PC).
- Understanding of networking and security principles.
- Working knowledge of Group Policy, including application whitelisting.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with management portals (e.g., Knox, HP Connect, Teamviewer Console).
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system (e.g., Fresh Service) for Incidents, Requests, and Change Management.
