**About the role**

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will work as part of a dynamic team to provide efficient service, ensure high-quality food preparation, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Key responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Prepare food according to El Jannah's standards, using fresh ingredients and cooking techniques to create mouth-watering dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery, handling peak periods with ease and poise.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, product offerings, and promotions to inform customers about our culinary delights.

**Requirements:**

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in the fast-food industry (not essential) but an eagerness to learn and adapt is crucial.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and energy levels throughout shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
