Senior Tekla Modeller

We are seeking an experienced structural steel modeller with strong expertise in Tekla Structures to join our team of motivated and dedicated professionals. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering excellent working conditions and the potential for regular overtime.

In this role, you'll work across a diverse range of major mining, commercial, and infrastructure projects, contributing to a business that takes pride in delivering high-quality fabrication models and detailed drawings to the highest industry standards using Tekla Structures.

The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills, be deadline-driven with good time management, resilient under pressure, flexible and resourceful, committed and passionate, able to work autonomously, and a strong team player with a view to supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modelling of structural, mechanical and platework models and drawings
  • Good knowledge of Australian standards and fabrication principals
  • Good computer skills and highly proficient with Tekla

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience on Australian mining & industrial projects
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Structural/Mechanical Engineering Drafting. Equivalent Experience/ Traineeship acceptable.
