**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Quality Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will assist staff and customers in the building, plumbing, and recycled water irrigation industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Backflow, Recycled Water, and Hydrotrak teams with customer enquiries, billing, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize analytical and computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
