About the Role:

As a key player in customer service excellence, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences through efficient order management and proactive communication. Your role will involve providing complex information and responding to detailed requests via various channels, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer inquiries and orders with accuracy, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely supply information, out-of-stocks, product updates, and substitutions.
  • Manage Masterfile data for effective communication and minimize errors.
  • Respond promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and other mediums, meeting productivity standards.
  • Provide first-level support for customer systems and applications.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions, alternatives, and information.
  • Support sales teams with customer inquiries and identify opportunities for process improvements.

This role is critical in delivering a unique and seamless customer experience, fostering successful partnerships, and driving customer-centric approaches. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a customer-focused and detail-oriented attitude.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP experience preferred.
  • A collaborative approach with a mindset for continuous improvement.
