Job Description

Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Primary Pastor to join our team. This pivotal leadership role provides spiritual guidance, pastoral care, and a nurturing environment for our primary school community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the spiritual and pastoral care initiatives for students, staff, and families in the primary school.
  • Develop programs fostering faith development and community spirit.
  • Collaborate with teachers and leadership to integrate Christian values into the curriculum and daily life of the school.
  • Support students' personal, social, and spiritual growth.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Theological training at a Diploma of Ministry level or higher.
  • A committed Christian with a deep faith and active involvement in a church community.
  • Strong experience in pastoral care and working with primary children and families.
