Emergency Roadside Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Emergency Roadside Technician to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance to our members, delivering exceptional customer service, and utilizing your technical expertise to ensure safe vehicle recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
  • Change flat tyres, jump-start vehicles, provide fuel delivery, and sell/install batteries
  • Assist with lockouts and accurately record all customer and job information
Requirements:
  • Automotive/Motor Mechanic Tradesperson Certificate (NSW Fair Trading)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License (minimum full license C class)
  • Experience in mechanical repair and understanding of motor vehicles and the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of work, health, and safety practices applicable to motor vehicle repair and customer service
