Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and product assistance to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and repair engines and mechanical systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Oversee technical support cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead electromobility projects, including industrial variable speed engine installations, power generation, battery storage systems, and industrial electric drivelines.
  • Install, maintain, and diagnose control systems on existing and future drivelines.
  • Assist the sales team with application support and product installation.
  • Be a brand ambassador and ensure customer success from a technical standpoint.
  • Visit the dealer network to provide high-technical support and training to technicians.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a related field, such as diesel or heavy vehicle mechanics, auto electrical, or electronics.
  • Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of 12/24V electrical systems, high-voltage EV, and hybrid powertrain systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues.
  • Tools of the trade and a strong commitment to the role.
