Care Specialist

We are seeking Care Specialists in Maitland who can treat our customers as individuals and think outside the box to help them in their unique circumstances.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000 depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers by creating an environment where their choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) setting.
You will be responsible for helping our customers build and live the life they choose, which may involve tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and accompanying them to appointments.
- Personal care and medication administration
- Using manual handling equipment to support clients with movement
- Accompanying to appointments and adhering to specialist plan
- Adapting communication approaches to include non-verbal customers
As a Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of shifts, including day, afternoon, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
