Visual Arts Educator Position

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Visual Arts educator to join our Creative Department in a full-time permanent position.
The successful candidate will have experience teaching various visual arts disciplines, including photography, graphic design, digital technologies, and material technologies.
They will also have experience teaching photography and digital media, including an understanding of software within the Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence, possess knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices, and be able to effectively integrate technology into everyday learning and planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching Visual Arts subjects at various stages
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
- Participating in extracurricular programs and activities
