Senior Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert guidance and supervision to ensure high-quality services that promote wellbeing and safeguard vulnerable consumers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of social workers and provide operational oversight, supervision, guidance, and support.
- Contribute to professional and service development of the Social Work Department.
- Provide professional leadership through proactive participation within the Social Work service and multidisciplinary teams.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities within the scope of practice as requested and manage a required/allocated caseload.
