Job Responsibilities
  • Analyse complex problems, improve processes and resolve issues efficiently by leveraging PowerBI environments.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards that cater to diverse user groups.
  • Assign, monitor and resolve helpdesk jobs in a timely manner to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot data access and issues, ensuring uninterrupted data flow.
Business Intelligence Administration
  • Manage PowerBI workspaces and gateways, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Maintain quality of service by resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain detailed documentation for effective knowledge transfer.
