Customer Support Team Lead

We are dedicated to our purpose of bringing joy to those we care for and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To support this mission, we are seeking a Customer Support Team Lead to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing customer support team, providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales growth. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, conducting site tours, and implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services.
You will also be responsible for monitoring service standards and customer feedback, as well as performing reception and administration duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing customer support team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses to meet customer needs
- Conduct site tours to showcase our facilities and services
- Implement sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
- Monitor service standards and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Perform reception and administration duties as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in sales or administration roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve to resolve customer issues
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
