Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze CMDB and data health to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform CMDB and data health uplift activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the platform team to deliver configuration-related platform enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide configuration management information and support.
- Develop and maintain configuration management processes, standards, and controls.
- Configure and maintain the Service Now CMDB module.
- Approve or reject configuration management requests.
- Perform control assessments and remediation activities.
- Represent configuration management in design forums and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:- Significant experience in complex IT environments with strong knowledge of IT Service Management.

- Experience and knowledge of process engineering.
