Lead and Develop a Dedicated Garden Maintenance Team

As a seasoned leader in garden maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals who share your passion for creating exceptional green spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct their team towards achieving shared goals. You will be responsible for scheduling tasks, prioritizing activities, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

A key aspect of this role is conducting regular inspections to assess site condition, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. You will also liaise with clients to understand their preferences, address any concerns they may have, and provide updates on progress.

Actively participating in team tasks alongside your colleagues is an essential part of this role. You will also be responsible for ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and arranging for repairs as needed.

Requirements:

  • A hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Strong team leadership experience.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Qualifications in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or a relevant field are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Blue Card (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Driver's license is a must.
