- Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in agriculture or livestock industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive mindset – able to identify and suggest process improvements.
