Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced eTrade Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer-centric eTrade services to clients and all stakeholders.
This is a customer-facing IT role, requiring strong stakeholder management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer experience through eTrade services
- Monitor queues and escalate calls from customers
- Attend client meetings with sales personnel to review customer requirements
- Provide ongoing support of eTrade platforms to ensure they are operational and optimized for each customer
- Identify and assist ETrade Managers on updates and maintain/support policies, processes, and procedures
- Discuss analysis of service calls and workload data to identify trends for action
- Assist with compliance of security administration procedures for all eTrade platforms
- Ensure service delivery from an eTrade perspective is effective
Requirements:
- Strong experience in eTrade/IT and/or sales support services within a similar-sized multinational organization
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Experience supporting digital eCommerce and mobility platforms highly desirable
- Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders
- Logistics and supply chain knowledge and expertise desirable
