Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Account Management Specialist at our organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of a busy and highly successful portfolio of clients based in our Central Coast office.

About The Role

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing new business, renewals, and policy maintenance
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating with underwriters, and compiling reports
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support for inquiries, policy updates, and general insurance needs
  • Supporting new business development activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in general insurance and a Tier 1 in Insurance Broking
  • Strong rapport-building skills and a client-first approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and an understanding of Business Packs

An interest in sport is a plus as many of our clients are Firearms businesses and sporting organizations/clubs.
