
HR Support Specialist

As an HR Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, overseeing the employee lifecycle process from hire to retire. You will manage common HR transactions in our core HR system and ensure data integrity.
You will collaborate with other internal HR functions to provide accurate, timely, and consistent resolutions or redistributions, adhering to established channels and exceeding expectations for a positive employee experience.
The role involves supporting the ongoing optimization of our HR system and processes of work, driving continuous improvement, and a commitment to enhancing customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in providing guidance on Awards, policies, and procedures to staff and management.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in HR system administration with high attention to detail
- Competence with Microsoft Office Products, particularly in Excel intermediate/advanced
- Highly organized and able to prioritize work
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (or other advanced HR systems) will be highly regarded
