HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity to provide administrative support across the full remit of HR, working closely with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle HR queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare HR correspondence and reports.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and exits.
- Update and maintain employee information and HR systems.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Business Administration qualification and/or HR qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Previous HR Generalist experience.
- Demonstrated ability to positively liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
