Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and promoting our loyalty membership to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store.
- Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of our loyalty membership.
- Offering a helping hand with customer queries through product knowledge, allergies, and dietary requirements.
- Working with your team to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
- Assisting on the shopfloor and other areas as required, including stock control, cash handling, till work, and restaurant service.
