We are seeking a skilled professional to provide ongoing support and high-quality service to our Financial Advisers and Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support the Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Coordinate documentation for client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans, including strategy development, financial analysis, completion of fact find data, and other inputs required to complete advice instructions.
  • Undertake comprehensive insurance needs analysis and prepare detailed insurance quotes.
  • Manage workflow to meet client needs, maintaining a thorough understanding of operational processes for other teams, including paraplanning and operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience.
  • Experience with Xplan desirable and in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to growth and development.
