About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in leading the Demand Planning Process, collaborating with the Sales and Supply teams, and delivering an aligned monthly/rolling 12-month Demand Plan and Supply capacity review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Demand Planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize stock holdings throughout the network.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales team to review and create forecasts for existing and new products.
  • Upload forecasts to Dynamics 365 and maintain data accuracy.
  • Manage inventory requirements to support product launches and ensure contractual volumes are met.
  • Manage Change Controls and internal S&OP processes, including demand reviews and supply planning.
  • Ensure the S&OP process identifies and mitigates risks to the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft skills, particularly Excel.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player capable of working independently.
  • Ability to influence staff at all levels.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning in FMCG, with experience in Supply Planning an advantage.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a food manufacturing business or a related industry.
  • Experience using Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and working with third-party providers.
  • BI Reporting experience.
