Job Overview


We're seeking an exceptional Chief Innovation Strategist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that drive business growth and success for our clients.



About the Role


As the Chief Innovation Strategist, you will:



  • Develop and execute transformative strategic thinking and ideas across a diverse range of high-profile clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring these strategies to life in innovative and impactful ways.
  • Drive the overall quality of product across the agency through training and coaching.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

  • You've established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.
  • You've mastered the finer points of the Wavemaker planning process and provided guidance and training to client teams.
  • You've become a trusted, first point of contact for key clients and contributed meaningfully to strategy responses for new business pitches.
  • You've materially contributed to the overall Wavemaker planning process and improved how we approach and solve tough problems for clients.
  • You've built a strong reputation as a thought leader within the industry and become a go-to person for pitch strategy work.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum + superannuation
