Project Management Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong self-management skills and be able to articulate information and data clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing effective communication to all team members.
  • Establishing clear lines of communication and project monitoring.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Attending key stage project reviews and weekly meetings.
Reporting & Monitoring:
  • Reporting project status, key issues, and performance objectives.

  • Assisting in implementing project-specific processes for monitoring performance and quality.
Commercial:
  • Assisting with commercial management and cash flow establishment.
  • Subsequent involvement in monitoring project variations and commercial agreements.
Quality & Standards:
  • Monitoring high standards for information, service, and end product quality.
  • Accountable for ensuring PCE's standards and values are met at all times.
Required Skills:
  • Communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with internet systems and database programs.
