The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for an Operations Team Member to join the production team based in Tamworth, NSW.

Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation, from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes to large commercial and industrial projects.

Our team members play a vital role in our production environment. They operate machinery to create smarter solutions for our customers, monitor product quality, and remain committed to their safety and that of the team.

Working Monday to Friday in a day-shift position, you will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our technician role, allowing for future career development opportunities.

What Will You Do?

This diverse role offers variety each day, providing scope to showcase your skills that impact the safety of our people and the quality of our products. You will:

  • Operate forklift, gantry cranes, and processing machinery
  • Safely preload and unload products to trucks
  • Safely pack and strap steel products on site to create specific orders
  • Support the team with general tasks
