Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Grants) to support the delivery of Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) programs and priorities through accurate administration and grant management.

About the Role
This is a temporary 6-month full-time position with a view to extend. As a Project Manager (Grants), you will be responsible for managing grant applications, contracts, and projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing grant applications, including reviewing eligibility and providing technical support
• Maintaining grant documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes
• Monitoring grant projects to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
• Providing excellent customer service to grant applicants and recipients

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of intermediate Excel skills
• Experience in grant management, preferably with a working understanding of Smarty Grants/One GMS platform
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
