Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design across mobile and web platforms, driving high-fidelity, user-centered work with minimal oversight.

  • The ideal candidate will translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined designs informed by user research and data.
  • They will design visually polished, cohesive interfaces with a strong command of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and typography.
  • Our Senior Product Designer will plan and run just-enough research when needed – usability tests, interviews and surveys – then turn insights into clear design decisions and experiments.
  • They will lead divergent explorations and concept sprints, prototype unconventional ideas, and pressure-test them with users and data.
  • Our Senior Product Designer will co-own and evolve the design system in collaboration with Engineering, driving consistency and scalability across products.
  • They will mentor junior designers and foster a strong feedback culture through critiques, workshops, and team rituals.
  • Our Senior Product Designer will contribute meaningfully to product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritisation alongside cross-functional partners.
  • They will improve design tools, workflows, and processes to increase team efficiency, clarity, and delivery quality.
  • Our Senior Product Designer will build strong alignment with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure shared ownership of outcomes.
  • They will champion design craft, accessibility, and user needs across the organisation, contributing to a high-performing and values-driven culture.
