Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and lead by example.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Creating high-quality cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açai bowls, coffee, and other beverages.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and product quality.

Requirements
  • High-level customer service skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities.
