We're on a mission to reshape education, and we need your expertise to make it happen. As our People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be the trusted advisor who equips leaders to hold performance conversations, navigate conflict, and grow their teams.

You'll work closely with managers to develop their coaching skills, build leadership muscle, and drive performance. Your goal will be to embed rituals, values, and engagement practices that actually land, while guiding them through issues with steadiness and speed.

With 5+ years' experience in People & Culture / HR partnering directly with leaders, you'll bring a unique blend of coaching chops, performance management expertise, ER/IR literacy, and bold energy to the table. You'll thrive in high-change, high-growth environments, and be restless for impact, resilient under pressure, ambitious to grow with the business.
