About You
We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care and a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care). You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and have a sound understanding of person-centered care.
