About the Role

TOMRA Collection Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our assets in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the activities of cleaning contractors to ensure that TOMRA assets are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify key operational deficiencies and work closely with the management team to implement improvement strategies that promote the customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a strong customer-focused relationship with our partners and support with resolving operational and safety issues related to TOMRA Return Points.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the training of contractors and staff to ensure benchmarks for cleanliness, safety, and productivity are consistently achieved.
  • Performance Management: Regularly audit contractor performance and provide constructive feedback to address performance concerns and promote productivity.
  • Site Evaluation: Complete regular site evaluation reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancements.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with site partners to maintain a positive relationship between TOMRA and the site owner, working towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervision or quality assurance experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure, professional and positive attitude, comfortable with technology, and strong focus on customer service and conflict management.
