Cloud Data Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Cloud Data Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on building modern, cloud-native applications and intelligent data solutions that power analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights.

About the Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and APIs using Azure technologies.
  • Build and support data analytics platforms, dashboards, and apps using Power BI.
  • Integrate OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services into custom applications for intelligent automation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in languages including C#, Python, Java, PHP, and ASP.NET.
  • Develop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and enterprise-grade reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and solution architects to support end-to-end projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, documentation, and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with technical training where needed.
  • Contribute to IP and accelerator development across the Microsoft Data & AI stack.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
  • Excellent understanding of Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based systems.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
