About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you will join the Treasury's Foreign Investment Division to deliver a multi-year business and digital transformation program. Your key responsibilities include developing training strategies/plans and conducting training needs analyses for digital transformation.

The role involves planning, preparing, and managing internal stakeholder consultations and workshops to understand current and future states and pathways between them.
