Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of our workshop, utilising their expertise to lead a team of technicians and contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction and community support.

The Role:
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
  • Manage workload and flow through the workshop, ensuring timely completion of servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
  • Oversee training and development of technicians and apprentices, fostering a culture of growth and expertise.
  • Contribute to maintaining an exceptional reputation for service, working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors.
  • Operate internal CRM system effectively.
About You

We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in a similar workshop leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical skills in a team environment.
  • A valid Automotive Technician Trade Certificate and current Driver's License.
  • LVT and Automotive Air Conditioning Licence highly desirable.
