The successful applicant will be responsible for driving the recruitment process across various business units. Key responsibilities include initiating and coordinating recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Embody a customer-centric approach in all aspects of the role.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct candidate assessments, utilizing expertise to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment medicals as required.
- Produce regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant recruitment software.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable but not essential.
