An opportunity exists within our Melbourne team for an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant to support our award-winning graduate and intern recruitment programmes. This is a 12-month fixed term position covering Parental Leave.

As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant at Aurecon, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce, working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Teams, and Talent Development teams to deliver impactful early careers campaigns.

Here's a Glimpse Of Your Adventure

• Bringing talent on board – Partner with the Graduate Recruitment Lead and team to execute Aurecon's Graduate and Intern Campaign, attracting diverse, high-quality talent.
• Connecting with future talent – Build relationships with universities, student groups, and career services to enhance our presence and create talent pipelines.
• Showcasing our brand – Promote our employer brand across social media and other advertising channels to ensure we attract the best and brightest.
• Owning the journey – Manage and coordinate a high volume of early careers events, assessment centres, and key recruitment activities.
• Diversity and inclusion in action – Work closely with teams to deliver recruitment strategies that support our diversity objectives.
• Continuous improvement – Provide reporting and insights to help refine our programmes and ensure they remain innovative and competitive.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll bring:

• Experience in a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to early careers or high-volume hiring.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, universities, and internal teams.
• A passion for talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries.
