Job Title

Dams Safety Officer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth technical inspections of dams, adhering to established protocols and guidelines, to ensure optimal safety and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement the surveillance program, operations and maintenance strategies, and rectification initiatives for dams, focusing on efficient management and effective outcomes.
Eligibility/Requirements
  • A valid driver's licence (Class C) is essential for this role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or relevant infrastructure disciplines are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to implement traffic control plans or acquire necessary skills within three months of employment.
