Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented professional with excellent communication skills for a full-time Restaurant Manager role.

Job Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor staff performance standards and responsibilities
  • Evaluate food and beverage costs
  • Manage restaurant revenues, profit margins, and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards
  • Promote and coordinate catering services and private event bookings
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations
  • Manage budgets and control expenses
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require the following qualifications:

  • A strong background in hospitality management
  • An understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of craft beer is an advantage
