Job Title: Guest Services All Rounder

This property in the Grampians offers a unique eco-location with support from a national business.

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Reception - Welcome guests, ensure seamless check-in, and record all accounts and documentation accurately.
  2. Guest Activities - Create, promote, and plan guest activities and social events to keep guests engaged and entertained.
  3. Housekeeping - Maintain the property and guest rooms to high standards, manage laundry, and address maintenance or safety issues efficiently.
  4. Food & Beverage - Ensure food hygiene and compliance, and prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista duties.
  5. Health & Safety - Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure safety for yourself and others.
About You:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing engaging guest service.
  • Experience in duty management, reception, rooms division, or front desk in an accommodation-based hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • RSA certification is essential; First Aid certification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the local area and the travel/tourism industry is essential.
