Optimize Store Presence

Nestlé is seeking a motivated and talented individual for merchandiser opportunities. As a Casual Merchandiser, you will represent the company in the Grocery channel and be responsible for negotiating, selling and building displays to optimize store presence.

You will work autonomously, supported by a Territory Sales Manager, and have the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers.

This role is perfect for an ambitious and well-presented individual with a passion for sales and marketing, looking for casual work or looking to kick-start their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Representing Nestlé in the Grocery channel
  • Negotiating, selling and building displays to optimize store presence
  • Working autonomously, supported by a Territory Sales Manager
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers

Requirements

  • A current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle are essential
  • Physical ability to lift stock for building of displays and utilize creative point of sale
  • Proficiency using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays
  • Ability to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes
