About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Finance Manager to join our team at Calvary Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely identification of discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date cash positions and develop reliable cash flow forecasts, taking into account aged Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Accurately process treasury payments and optimize payment processes in collaboration with the Senior Treasury and Tax Accountant.
  • Oversee transactional banking requests and maintain a comprehensive register of banking operations.
  • Update and maintain a master file for taxes and duties, supporting accurate tax filings and BAS preparation.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of key nominal accounts and collaborate to resolve variances.
  • Support the implementation of the ANZ Transaction Banking project and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Manage vendor setup requests and provide system support and user training for financial management tools.

  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treasury and tax tasks.
  • You are a self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working well under minimal supervision.
