Domestic Services Manager

Job Overview:
">This role entails managing the domestic services division, encompassing housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, and sport management.
">Key responsibilities include daily supervision of staff, scheduling, reporting, audits, service orders & stock management, room inspections, safety compliance, subcontractor management, attending client meetings, and coordinating accommodation check ins/out.
">The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar capacity, with a sound understanding of multiple service lines, effective communication skills to interact with technical staff, subcontractors, senior officers and clients, result-driven mindset with ability to identify and prioritize problems/issues, generate solutions, and collaborate to achieve successful outcomes.
">Essential skills comprise excellent time management, multitasking, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and experience with SAP or equivalent systems.
">Candidates should also demonstrate self-motivation, ability to work independently, and effectively manage competing demands/priorities.
