Coles has introduced a career-defining retail leadership program to transform passionate retail leaders into our next generation of Store Managers.


About the Program

The program has been created for high potential candidates to have accelerated progression into a Store Manager role with a close-knit cohort, experiencing hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.


Increase Female Representation in Leadership Roles

Through this program, we aim to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores, achieving substantive equality for women in leadership roles over time.


Program Structure
  1. Hands-on practical learning through store placements and shadowing opportunities.
  2. Self-paced and facilitator-led training and mentorship.

Post-Program Support

You'll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group, fueling your passion for a career in retail.
