Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, room guests, assist with inquiries, and deliver exceptional service in line with our brand and policies.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of the hotel.
  • Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately while maintaining detailed guest records and following all standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, upholding IHG standards of behavior, appearance, and cleanliness in the front desk area.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the company.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.
