Lead Dynamics 365 Implementation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of ERP project delivery, translating real-world business requirements into practical, system-aligned outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a pathway to Solution Architect based on performance and delivery impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map business processes to native D365 functionality, encouraging scalable best-practice design
  • Create and manage comprehensive implementation artefacts, including process flows, functional specs, test scripts, and training plans
  • Own delivery execution with the support of a dedicated Project Manager and Technical Manager
  • Work closely with our proprietary HomebuilderONE solution to deliver targeted outcomes in residential construction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a D365 Functional Consultant, with end-to-end ownership of ERP project delivery
  • Expertise in Job Cost Accounting, especially within project-driven or field-based industries
  • Practical experience across Project Management Accounting (PMA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service modules
  • Commercial fluency, understanding the business models we serve and relating confidently to their operating realities
  • Outstanding communication skills that build trust with C-suite executives and collaborate effectively with front-line users
