Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to create high-quality meals and dining experiences for residents, guests and community members.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards, as well as excellent communication and literacy skills. They will also be able to lead and support staff through on-the-job training and teamwork.

Your Role

In this full-time role, you will take ownership of daily café operations, from food preparation to service delivery, ensuring a warm, welcoming and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality food and service to meet customer expectations
  • Plan and coordinate café operations, including menus and stock ordering
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
  • Lead and support staff through on-the-job training and teamwork
Requirements
  • Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum four years' experience in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
