Job Title

A veterinary professional will work with the Customer Care team to support health escalations in a veterinarian capacity.

This role is for someone who wants to use their skills and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Care health escalations in a veterinarian capacity
  • Collaborate with the Vet Nurse team to provide high-quality care
  • Maintain knowledge base around product, nutrition, and health topics
  • Support training of Vet Nurses and broader Customer Care team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on health and nutrition topics
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of veterinary experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using a computer and touch typing
  • Organized with high attention to detail
  • Resilient and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Must love pets
