Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Relief Storage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling storage solutions, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer experience through prompt and professional service
  • Identify and sell storage solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and payment processing
  • Maintain store facilities and equipment in excellent condition

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task ownership
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Team player with a hands-on approach to diverse tasks
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain forklift license
