Job Role Overview

This role is crucial to the upkeep and maintenance of our educational facilities.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as effective communication skills to work collaboratively with others.

The key responsibilities of this role include performing routine maintenance tasks, setting up and removing furniture and equipment for school events, identifying and reporting maintenance and safety issues, receiving, storing and distributing supplies, and monitoring equipment and reporting faults.

We are located in a semi-rural setting in the Southern Highlands, providing a unique and challenging environment for those working with us. Our current enrolment capacity is 42 students who exhibit complex needs, including emotional disturbance and autism spectrum disorders.

Hours of work are negotiable but may consist of three 5-hour days.
